Who can make a complaint?

Anyone who has received goods or services from the Cosmetics Doctor Ltd clinic.

Time limit for making a complaint

A complaint must be made not later than 12 months after the date of the service/goods provision, which is the subject of the complaint or, if later, the date on which the patient noticed the issue.
The time limit will not apply if the delay in making the complaint is valid and the issue requires investigation.

To contact the clinic regarding a complaint.

Please email dramber@cosmeticsdoctor.co.uk including all relevant details and clear photographs. We will acknowledge your complaint by way of email receipt. We will then commence appropriate investigations. We will contact you again with our outcome.

Complaints process

  • We will document in your notes the details of your complaint and store your photographs on your file.
  • We will endeavour to resolve the complaint for you locally by arranging a meeting between the patient, the doctor and the clinic manager.
  • We will always endeavour to resolve the complaint to your satisfaction
  • Where there is disagreement between parties, we may involve an external complaints handler to assist in the process.
  • All doctors have a duty of care, and will declare any complaints to their responsible officer at the GMC.

We ask that you do not write negative google/online reviews, without contacting us to discuss your complaint first.
