What is The Perfect Peel?

The Perfect Peel®  is the UK’s first medical grade medium-depth peel that will transform the skin into looking radiant, healthier and clearer in just one week.

What to Expect

The treatment appointment takes around 30 minutes, with application taking around 15 minutes. Your skin will be cleaned, and then the liquid peel will be applied with gauze. Several layers may be applied. There are several steps for you to carry out at home, which will complete the treatment. Full instructions are given. We offer this treatment to age 18+.

What Can The Perfect Peel Be Used For?

Chemical Peels are commonly used on the face, hands, neck and décolletage.

Are There Any Contraindictions to Treatment?

If you have any of the following conditions, Skin Resurfacing may not be suitable for you. Please ask your practitioner.

    • Under 18s
    • Open or suspicious lesions
    • Currently undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy
    • Pregnant or breastfeeding
    • Allergy to any of the ingredients or aspirin
    • Moderate to severe eczema or psoriasis
How Do You Administer the Treatment?

Are There Any Side Effects?

Redness, itching, discomfort, peeling, shedding, irritation, dermarcation lines, hyper/hypopigmentation, acne purge and impaired skin barrier. If the skin is picked infection and scarring may occur.

What is the prep/aftercare?

We recommend patients to be using retinoids/acids regularly and to be a regular spf30-50 user. You will need a hat!

We recommend stopping use of retinoids 2 weeks prior to the peel. In addition patients on roaccutane must stop use 6 months prior to treatment in order to achieve desired results.
