Please resend your email and type URGENT in the subject line or call the clinic on 01603 380680 and leave a message with your name and number clearly.

We don’t accept cash or cheques. We accept all debit and credit cards. We use a QR scanner in clinic, please bring your phone and cards to your appointment.

Bank transfer is our preferred method of payment. Please select “bank deposit” at the shop checkout to use this method. Paying by bank deposit helps support small businesses.

Treatments
We operate pre pay for treatments, so your invoice will be sent to you usually the night before your treatment. If you wish to pay by card, this can be done on the day in clinic. All details are included in the invoice.

All payments can be made to our – Cosmetics Doctor Ltd business bank account. 

Please click on the appointments tab. Please note all bookings without a deposit will be cancelled.

Please locate your original booking email from Calendly and you will find the buttons on the email to amend bookings. The diary is self service and emails will not be accepted as a form of cancellation or rescheduling.

Treatments

Please use the online shop for all standard orders, (the link and password has been sent to your email with the subject “Shop Invite”).

There is a password to enter the store (Set by me, and found in your welcome email), as we can’t sell to non patients. There is then a password at checkout (just like any online store) where you put in your email and YOUR password. Please write both passwords down somewhere safely to ensure you easy access for re-ordering.

Please pay by bank deposit if able, we get charged for all other payment methods.

To use gift vouchers/credit/deposits – Please order by email only (not via the online shop). We offer postage or collection at your appointment.

Existing Patients – Please use the online shop to order gift vouchers. 

Non patients – Please email dramber@cosmeticsdoctor.co.uk to order gift vouchers.
