I've Forgotten My Checkout Password On The Shop
There is a “Forgot password” button at checkout. Please note the password to enter the website is sent to you after your consultation.
Where Can You Post Products To?
We currently post to all of the UK.
Can Dr Woodcock provide me with Tretinoin Cream?
Yes Dr Woodcock can prescribe Tretinoin cream. Following a consultation, if deemed appropriate Dr Woodcock can prescribe Tretinoin cream for you. Please note It is only provided for cosmetic reasons – E.g skin aging, laxity, scars, wrinkles, texture, pigmentation.
Is there a fee for prescriptions?
There are no additional fees for prescriptions. This prescription fee is covered by the consultation fee. You would only pay for the cost of the tretinoin cream and postage (if required).
Can I re-order products when I need them?
All registered patients will have access to our online portal, enabling you to re-order your products with ease.
My routine is going well, can I now arrange a check up?
Absolutely. Check ups are complimentary. Please select the “post treatment” review on the booking page to book your check up. If you would like a full extensive review with skin analysis we recommend to book a new consultation again to allow ample time.
