First Time Patients
If you have not visited us before you are required to book a consultation using the booking system below. The consultation enables us to discuss treatment options and provide you with the latest information so that you can make an informed decision.
Once you have had your consultation, we recommend you take some time after your visit to make a decision on whether the treatment is right for you and then book your first treatment appointment.

Fees and Deposits
Consultation Fees – Consultation fees are paid upfront and are non refundable.
Treatment Deposits – A non refundable £50 booking deposit is required for all treatment bookings. Payment details will be emailed on booking. All bookings without a deposit will be cancelled. Booking deposits can be used against treatment bookings or skincare purchases and are valid for 1 year only. Read Policy

Cancellation
Our cancellation and rearranging policy is 72 hours, failure to provide 72 hours notice will result in your consultation fee or treatment deposit being lost, a new non refundable consultation fee or treatment deposit will be required to rebook your missed appointment. If you provide 72 hours notice, your fee or deposit will be carried over for you to use against a new appointment.
