Deposit Policy Terms and Conditions

My goal is to offer my patients the best service in a professional and friendly setting.

New Consultation Appointments. Consultations are £75 (in person at clinic) or £50 (virtual). This fee is non refundable and non redeemable and covers the comprehensive evaluation and assessment of your skin with a full personalised plan.  This fee also covers prescription services and skin analysis in clinic. 

New Treatment appointments: To secure your booking, we operate a non-refundable deposit policy. This protects your appointment slot and ensures the clinic runs smoothly. No new treatment bookings can be made without a deposit. (If you have paid for a treatment course up front, you do not need to keep paying deposits for each treatment included in your course). Bookings not secured with a deposit within 24 hours will be cancelled. All deposits are non-refundable and valid for 1 year only. All deposits are void after 1 year if the patient has not purchased a product or treatment within 1 year.

Cancellation Notice: Please provide a minimum of 72 hours notice if you wish to cancel or amend any appointment. This is a self service diary and you must cancel/reschedule yourself. You can cancel and reschedule your appointments from your calendly booking email by clicking the buttons below and completing the cancellation/rebooking form online.

Failure to notify us within 72 hours of your appointment will result in loss of your paid fee or deposit, as it does not give us enough time to fill your appointment slot. A new deposit or fee will be required to rebook. If you are rebooking a treatment from a course already paid for, you will also need to send a new deposit to rebook. If you provide 72 hours notice, your fee or deposit will be carried over for you to use against a new appointment.

Emergency Medical reasons will be accepted for cancelling if written evidence is provided by way of a doctor’s note. There will be no other exceptions.

By paying your booking fee you are confirming that you have read the above conditions, have had a consultation and are happy to proceed with your treatment.
